Today I want to share a spesial flower with my blog-visitors. I found this shoe behind glass in the work-camp, Sachsenhousen in Germany. This was made by bread, and painted to be a present for a birthday in the camp. It is important to remember that the prisoners was given so little food, that they ate anything that could be eaten, even grass.

Lovely shot!
What a great photo, thank you very much for sharing it.

A most unpleasant time in European history and yet the spirit of the downtrodden flourished and did not die.
Vacker sko med blommor som aldrig dör. Ett ovanligt foto men fint.
